So in case you missed the absolute mass of celebrity wars that happened today, here's a run down.
Suspects: Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Khloe Kardashian, Taylor Swift (urgh), Calvin Harris and Chloe Mortez.
Crime? Well we're not so sure. It's just one big famous mess. Here's the run down:
In 1977, Kanye West was born and that was the start of a very long problem for a lot of people, now as we know I personally love him. He's my spirit animal.
Fast forward to 2016 and a whole lot happened. As we know Taylor has had a problem with Kanye since he famously interrupted her thank you speech at the VMAS. Now in my opinion i dislike Taylor massively, i think shes a fake money whore and pretends to care about the world and her fans. But for once this isn't about me.
The new feud started when Kanye included Taylor Swift in his new Pablo album and song/video 'Famous'. The now amazing quote 'i made that bitch famous' referring to Taylor and then proceeded to include her naked wax body in the video along with a whole bunch of other stars.
When West’s wife Kim Kardashian posted a series of Snapchat videos capturing a recorded conversation between Swift and West about his controversial song "Famous," it spawned more questions than any piece of video this side of the Game of Thrones finale. Is there any part of the conversation between Swift and West we’re not seeing? How much did she know about the song before it was released? When did she find out the recording existed? Is this all just a sham designed to boost ratings, Snapchat follower counts, and album sales?
Here’s what we know for sure: Kanye called Taylor Swift to earn her consent regarding the line "For all my Southside niggas that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex," consent she gave in the taped conversation Kardashian posted on Snapchat. When the song was officially released in mid-February, the line above ended with the phrase, "I made that bitch famous." A representative for Swift released a statement claiming she had no idea about the "bitch" portion of the lyrics, and that she’d "cautioned him against releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message." West denied Swift’s contention that she was entirely unaware. When Swift appeared on stage at the Grammys a few days later, she condemned "people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame," a jab widely interpreted as referencing West.
When Kardashian appeared on the cover of GQ last month, she claimed that West and Swift’s conversation had been recorded as part of standard filming West conducts for posterity while recording new music. She also noted that Swift’s attorney had sent a letter demanding the footage of their conversation be destroyed. When GQ contacted Swift for clarification, a spokesperson supplied a lengthy statement in which Swift asserted she’d never heard the "bitch" phrase or the song in full before its release, and that she "cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone."
Here’s the evidence we’re working with, listed in roughly chronological order:
I mean now the next bit is just confusing because i don't understand why Chloe Mortez get's involved....attention maybe?
Khloe Kardashian unfortunately got it wrong in her response but i don't think she's in the wrong for hitting back at Chloe, if Chloe is old enough and opinonated enough then she should be able to take the consequences.
So basically Chloe Mortez jumped to Taylor Swift's defense Sunday night after Kim posted a video of Kanye on the phone with Taylor, giving her the heads up that his song "Famous" would reference her.
It's like offensive ping pong ... Chloe tells people to "gets their heads out of a hole" and look at what's important in the world. Khloe fired back with a pic of what she believed was Chloe's butthole, asking if this was the hole to which she was referring. But the photo was fake so i lost my excitement...damnnnn.
**EDIT Ruby Rose has joined in...fml. "Yo Khloe I thought you were rad when I met you but this is awful and this is a 19 year old girl," Rose said in a series of tweets after Kardashian posted a photo allegedly of Moretz's exposed bottom.
Just to confuse the matter, Calvin Harris still hates Taylor Swift who apparently finished him because he didn't go to the Grammys with her and said 'he won't be buried by Taylor like Katy Perry', today it has been revealed he too has a new gf ... 23 yr old singer Tinashe.
So anyway, to sum up - Kanye could now be sued (and know Taylors track record he probably will be), Taylor is probably more hated, Khloe K is receiving hate, Chloe Mortez needs to mind her biznizz, Calvin is just so hot it's not funny, Kim just don't care and Kanye is Kanye.
